This video would be MUCH more useful if you included a text summary at the end with the names of the ingredients the speaker mentioned (so that I have some chance of being able to identify them when reading labels) and the relative level of concern about each.
Great video – and some good quotes that are very true – “claims are unregulated” – and “nevermind what’s not in the product, how about what’s in it” ? Buyers beware – know your ingredients and do your own research. In most cases, the best choices are those not made my multinational corporations.
